Reallynice little utility, works well. I was wondering if instead of thumbs would be possible to show only icons of running apps?

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have the same options as the old versions.

I use the old version like this:
windowthumbs.png

The old version crashes a lot and I was hoping that a new version would take
care of that. But if I can't run this new version like shown in the image above
then I guess I'm stuck with the old version.

"I don't know if that is a good idea. Any lines of text with any font size is
always narrow vertically and as wide as possible horizontally. So putting
titles
underneath thumbnails saves more room for the window."

Never the less, that is a feature I would love to have ;)

I was going to test it more before uploading but I updated ScreenThumbs and one
other app so I uploaded this at the same time with those others. I forgot to put
DONOTWAIT tooltypes in tooltypes. Just go to WBStartup, open the information
requester, go to "Icons" page and untick/uncheck that "Wait..." gadget.

I don't know if that is a good idea. Any lines of text with any font size is
always narrow vertically and as wide as possible horizontally. So putting titles
underneath thumbnails saves more room for the window.

background?"
Now it's using pen 1 and 0 (I think). I tested it using JAM1 but I think it
didn't look good so I desided to use JAM2. But I have to finetune this a little
bit more But I might add that feature someday.

Thanks for the crashlog I have to check what's wrong. And I have to test that
ORIENTATION=VERTICAL mode too.

So the thumbnails picture size is taken from WIDTH and HEIGHT tooltypes. If you
enable window titles option it will add automaticly the font size to window
height. So the picture size itself is still that HEIGHT value. If you disable
picture and make it show the titles only then make HEIGHT=0 and make WIDTH as
wide as you like. (I have to add that to the readme !)

Ohh btw, runnign it as a commodity and putting it in wbstartup still makes it
lock up the boot process. it 'never returns'.

SHOW_WIN_TITLES bugs out if you use ORIENTATION=VERTICAL

Could you make it possible to select window title text color and background?

And perhaps make it possible to view the window title to the right of each
window icon? (Setting for window image width+height as well as window title
width) Would be nice if it could look like this:

[[IMG]Title 1][[IMG]Title 2][[IMG]Title 3]
