Wow quick update    I can confirm that the password and home dir are now saved as entered but  passwords still don't work    NB The password asked for when accessing http://127.0.0.1:901 (swat) isn't the  samba password, it is the password specified in the users file but I think this  needs to be encrypted in some fashion in order for it to work - can't find any  docs on this though

All problems listed is now fixed,    Samba passwords are not supported yet, samba uses the samba:etc/smbpassword file    for passwords.

Nice but it doesn't work for me    1) The passwords aren't correct and don't work - tried with swat and the login  works but you have to remove the password from the users file and use a blank  password    2) The home dir is garbled and also has to be removed  retyped    I also miss the close button
