      Usually Workbench loads any programs it finds in WBStartup when it is launched.
This offers no control or configurability. It also means that files have to be
copied or linked to.
The Startup manager has none of these limitations. It offers the ability to
launch programs stored anywhere on your system, and offers complete control of
the prioritisation of each loadable module.
