b5i2iso - AmigaOS4 version, ported by Spot / Up Rough

b5i2iso is a very simple utility to convert a BlindWrite image to the standard
ISO-9660 format.
This way we can burn it with MakeCD. Sweet Huh?!

Well, I just ported cdi2iso, so I thought, hey, this was kinda fun, I'll try
another one,
so, here you go.
