Would you mind changing your AmiUpdate DB entry so it looks for the program with APPDIR:AmigaDiskBench instead of in SYS:Utilities? Your install script already checks for this, so once it is installed (where IMHO 3rd party stuff belongs) on Work: or similar, and the APPDIR: entry has been created, it would also work with AmiUpdate. As it is now, the update keeps coming up in AmiUpdate because it thinks it's not installed.

Using "Export to text" the columntitles VS list entries aren't justified (use a monospaced font):
