jpeg.library does not support the JPEG 2000 format (JP2). Also the library APIs
are entirely different.

Amiga has had jpeg.library for a long time and there is an OS4 version on OS4
Depot. It is widely used in Amiga programs and I'm wondering if openjpeg.library
is a replacement for jpeg.library? Is there a reason why I need this library and
can I just rename it jpeg.library?
