Rush 2005 (Version 0.4.12c) for AmigaOS 4

Rush 2005 is another quick SDL recompile :) It simulates American football
and I have no clue about rules but apparently game works just fine.

All needed files should be included. Rush 2005 is licenced under BSD licence
and it uses SDL, SDL_Image & SDL_Mixer.
