I have modified the game to start in 16bit 800x600 fullscreen if ran from
Workbench or no command-line arguments are given.

If you want to run it in a different resolution, enter in the width and height
on the command line like so:

Arkanoid 800 600

If any third argument is present, it will use windowed mode.
