Found the solution:

makelink SOFT SOBJS:libbz2.so.1.0 SOBJS:libbz2.so.1.0.4

I get an error saying that libbz2.so.1.0 is missing. I think it is a symbollink problem but could be wrong. I have the latest SDK installed.
