Also if I quit NetSurf before loading TitlebarClock... Any explanation...?

I have had those errors on OS 4.1.6 occasionally myself. I tried to circumvent it without success. I don't know why arexx.class objects failed to be created sometimes. But this problem does not exist in AOS 4.1 FE. So the only chance to get it fixed is to upgrade to the FE.

I am using AmigaOS 4.1.6 classic. Haven't tested the earlier versions...

It's using system font. And size of the screen titlebar is relational to system font AFAIK. In GUI prefs you can increase size of the screen titlebar (additional size) (mine is 15).

Of course, because there's no title bar. But... Keep CTRL + any AMIGA/LOGO key on keyboard down and drag with mouse simultaneously you can move any window clicking anywhere of it.
