I adeed GS to my path and trying to convert a file gave me this in complex mode:

I tried to do this and I'm afraid it doesn't work. It can generate a HTML page with no options. But if this is made for OS4 why doesn't it work with the Ghostscript included? 
 
It's only by accident I found this info here. Otherwise I would lost. Some file called COPYING and no read me doesn't help I'm afraid!

For those not familiar with this program, you can use the "complex document" option to save all the images and make HTML pages that look almost the same as the PDF document, and it saves the pictures too if you have "gs" from Ghostscript in the path.
