It supports classes 1, 2 and 3, and I don't think it makes any difference if it thinks it's class 1 when it is actually class 2. 
 
Port 8080 is fine, just add :8080 to the hostname as usual.  Make sure you've specified http: or https: correctly, as if you pick the wrong one it won't mount. 
 
Check using the Shell too, in case it is WB not displaying it for some reason.

I can see from the debug output that webdav-handler is receiving packets but it can't mount the WebDAV share.
