@broadbluses That could be possible. Hard to say where it actually came from, but it was brought to me through an update. Still a bit odd, but glad to have the same version :)

It's not on my Update6: partition, which is clean of all third party updates. So I think you may have got a copy of this from some other source (I know I did) and installed it without remebering. 
 
It's *not* part of AmigaOS

AmigaOS 4.1 Update 6 with latest updates already have this version provided, accepted by Hyperion Entertainment, but i assume this version provided here is for AmigaOS 4.0 with updates, and NOT 4.1 with updates.
