Just tried VoxelNoid on a A4000 with CyberVisionPPC... 
And guess what: the Voxel colors are R/B swapped :) 
So this essentially means: 
either the Permedia2 driver is wrong or the Radeon drivers. 
And this again means: 
either your W3D_VFORMAT_PACK_COLOR patch was wrong or my usage of it is wrong. 
Ahhhh, it's fun :) 
Preparing a bug report for Hyperion. Hm, or AEON?
