For dwyloc Eye Viewer doesn't work with pics of this weight in the PDF is explained the reason, AmiBlizt can'ts manage it. Sorry.

Nice Image viewer but image rescaling dose not work with jpeg photo taken with my digital camera at the default resolution of 2592x1944. 
 
Rescaling dose work fine on all the lower resolution jpegs and gifs from my old Amiga.
