i'm getting an ISI crash in python, alert 8000003. pegasos2/g3/os4.1.2

I have the same set-up here,and no problem ;). It can be the icon,it is the only thing I  added.

While game not a strategy, but actions and looks plays/fine, it give me on start DSI on icon.library, and recovarable allert at exit + crash on Python. 
(that all on peg2/1ghz and latest public os4)
