I can confirm this port works for entire 5 episodes of Heretic. :-) 
Played on WinUAE/OS4.1FE - no errors (only sometimes sound distortion), no crashes, fast and stable. Only weak point is lack of music.

Delete your original config file and let Heretic create one itself!

the keyboard doesn't seem to work correctly: arrow keys are mute, strafe keys 
are on 3 and 4 keys...
