I'll release an update with better timing soon. I just fixed a bug in mglut.library so I'm hoping a minigl update can be released soon too that way I can put the torus back before the next demo release. 
No promess for the music though :-|

i tried to run it in fullscreen mode but without luck.. i put all the arg but it refuses to start giving me dsi error and grim reaper.. no problem in window mode..

Yes, too bad for the music, since it is excellent ! 
By the way, some scenes go too fast (as if it was benchmarking the video card). 
All in all, it's excellent to see this démo on our systme, thanks for this port !

Works nice and fast on my peg2. 
 
But the main problem - no sound :( Demo without sound it's not demo. Hope you will add music (i see on the author page, that music is here, and i found in source code many commented out sections related to music plaing). 
 
The other problem: when i resize window fast , it's freeze the system :) but i think it's related to minigl and to OS itself, not to the port.
