Port of AThrust (by Frank Wille) to AmigaOS 4. Sources included.

Use 'Start_AThrust_AOS4' script or start game manually.

Features:
- doesn't use RTGMaster anymore
- uses AHI instead of Paula audio now
- added parameter -w to slow down the game. Usage -w microseconds.

If the game is too slow, edit the script and decrease the value.
If the game is too fast, edit the script and increase the value.
If the game is ok, sit tight and enjoy the gravity.

Keys:
- a & z to turn, right alt to accelerate, space to collect things, enter to
fire.

TODO:
- get rid of flickering landscape
- add window mode
- add improved sound
- yeah right if I had time :)
