      First version of my mpeg audio datatype. Uses mpega.library to read mpeg audio
files (e.g. mp3) and plays them using AHI. It does not yet support to save the
raw sample data.
68k and OS 4.0 version included.
New in version 20.5:
No change except descriptor file.
- improved descriptor file again. Now ignores RIFF WAVE files and
files with only one frame (e.g. small PNG pictures)
