FliteGUI v1.2 - A GUI for the flite speach program.

This simple GUI supports speaking text typed into a text gadget.
It also support choosing a text file to speak and saving the spoken
text to a .wav sound file. In additon it allows for controlling the
spoken speed and pitch as well as enabling concatenation mode.
